Easter Crafts for Kids

Quick and Easy Easter Crafts for Kids to do. Why not make Easter special this year with these fun table decorations. There are also instructions for making your own Easter cards.

Decorate Your Easter Table

You can make cute Easter placemats by covering pastel construction paper or cardstock with clear contact paper. Before covering the construction paper decorate your placemats with colorful stickers or draw Easter eggs or a resurrection scene on the placemat.

Another fun and easy table decoration kids can make is colorful egg place holders. Buy egg shaped styrofoam forms and cut in half. Make the bottom smooth. Paint the “eggs” with poster paint and decorate like Easter eggs. You can use paints, stickers or permanent markers. Cut out a small square of pastel colored paper and write your guest’s name on it. Glue this onto a toothpick and insert into the top of the egg.

Decorate Some Easter Cards

Why not send your friends and family cards that say Happy Easter or Happy Resurrection Sunday? All you need is some construction paper or cardstock, markers, stickers and extras like pink and blue rickrack. Decorate the cover anyway you like, write a nice message on the inside of the card and send it off to your friends.
