My 10 yr. old will do chores as long as she has a list. But my 12 yr. old is another story. She is motivated by money. So at the end of the day, I take 25 cents off for everything not done correctly or to standard. Those quarters add up at the end of the week. My 10 yr. old just bought her own camcorder. The 12 yr. old spends it as soon as she gets it, unless it is in the bank.
I was going to see if this will work for my older child care children (4-5’s). When my children were younger I would post their chores on the fridge and they would check them off. They never received money but every once in a while I would get them something they were interested in at the store, kind of like a surprise reward.
Kim
Hi Kim,
Can you send me their names please?
My 2 kiddos need constant verbal reminders!! I’ve tried post-it’s all over the house. I’ve tried the ‘Marble Jar”. I’m hoping your chart will do the trick! Thanks so much.
Austin is 9 and Isabella is 5
I would love to get my daughter Mackenzie involved in chores and I am interested in finding out what others post. I am hoping that the cute chore chart will motivate her to helping around the house. Thanks for offering this.
I have a daughter with special needs . She loves to check off each chore as she does it then along with verbal praise she sometimes gets either stickers or money to spend at the dollar store. Her name is Amanda Rose
I need some ideas of how to get the kids to willingly do their chores. I hate taking things away but that seems to be the only thing that works. They are Jonathan age 9.5 and Jacob age 8. The laptop is the biggest incentitive right now. Until chores are done there are no computer games.
One thing that works extremely well for boys lol is the Biblical principle – You don’t work you don’t eat:) That sounds harder than it I mean it too lol. But priviledges come with responsibility and need to be earned. Help them work toward something with this chore chart.
I make a spreadsheet for Maddy (age 10) and she checks off the chores that she does. We have certain chores that are designated as have to’s and others that are for money. On Sunday we’ll total up the money ones and pay her $1 for each. If the have-to’s aren’t completed by Saturday then she’s grounded until the following weekend. I haven’t started doing anything for my 3 year old (Mikail) yet, but I should! : )
My son, Brayden,is too small to do chores. Kylee is still fairly young (three years) but she loves to help so I try to find small things for her to do. She knows to pick up all her toys, and something as simple as getting dressed or brushing her teeth also count as her chores. We have some magnets that we use and she loves getting a sticker next to the “chores” she did that day.
I like to get my kids to help with the “I can do anything in 15 mins” I get everyone up and there is no TV or anything till the room is picked up.
I would like to start making them do their own set of chores to keep their room clean.
Names of kids:
Julian
Asher
Xander
I have two boys, Billy and Zac. I tried the marble jar thing and ended up with more rocks inside the house than not. I have tried reward stickers- and they ended up everywhere but where they ought to have been (including one time all the way through Krogers plastered all across my butt~ they think they are SO funny).
Right now I’m using just a general behaviour chart- but its just an overall thing (you know, green/yellow/red= good/caution/your’e in trouble now, buddy)
Billy has Aspergers and works well with a clear routine that he can see and check himself. It seems to give him a confident feeling.
Zac is adhd and needs constant reminders.
I have 3 girls, and it takes so much with them to get them to do any chores. I have tried everything and so has my mom. My middle daughter has bi-polar and adhd and thought this might help..
Their names are
Emily
Courtney
Tiffany
Ty so much
i’d like to had a chart for each my boys, they are 6 and 9 and i think this would be a great help for them. their names are reggie and jodeci. thanks for all you do ~char~
I would love to get my kids to do chores and maybe this will help them. Thanks so much for offering this!
Names:
Kayla
Nathan
P.S. WHere can I find the chart once it is done? THanks
My son Mateo is 5years old and so he still thinks it is kinda fun, to “help” Mommy. I do really want to begin to have a more structured approach to chores, because I think that right now is the perfect time to start!
Thanks,
katherine
My 11 yr old daughter, Rylee is super at helping around the house and with the horses, dogs and goats. My 10 yr old son, Trevor is another story. I tried paying him for doing his chores and that lasted a week. I tried taking things from him (video games and such) for not doing his chores and that worked better. Even when he has his chores, it’s a constant verbal reminder to get him to do them so now, if chores aren’t done, he gets extra homework and THAT has worked for him! He just hates homework;) We also have the “10 second tidy” and we see how much we can all get done in a few minutes time…the house is on the market so we never know when we are going to get the visit from a realtor/buyer:)
Hi Belinda,
Thank you for offering this, you always have such wonderful “stuff”!
My boys are 11 and 8 and to get them to work I set a timer and whatever time we spend cleaning up we spend that much playing a game. (Sometimes it is even educational!). It does make it easier and quicker though when we have a chart and they know what to do instead of asking mom. ;0)
Oh, forgot to leave their names. Christian, Gabriel and Hope is only 3 but she likes to have her own “stuff” too.
Thanks again!
I would love to have one for my daughter, Riley! She’s five and she’s definitely ready to help!
Thanks,
Cathy
Would love a personalized anything for my children. They have uncommon names.
Calista and Tisiphone
Thank you very much
I forgot to tell what I do to get them to do their chores. At 4 and 18 months they don’t have many (if any) yet. Mostly pick up the toys and brush their teeth but that’s a start. I try to make it fun. Race the clock. Who can pick up more them or me?
Well that’s about it right now.
Thank you again,
Christine
My childrens names are Houston (5) and Lainey (3). Every night before dinner we clean up the house. If they get their “jobs” done within 30 minutes they each get some change for their piggy banks. I don’t mean a lot maybe .50 or .75 this is a big deal to them because when they fill it up they can take it to the bank and deposit into their own accounts.
My daughter Angelina does not like to clean her room.Maybe if she had one of you chore charts she would feel independent.
Thanks
Laurie
My boys are just getting to the age that they can do some chores. The oldest just turned 4 and the baby is not 2 yet. The older really likes to help out and will very willing do most anything that he is asked. Of course, the baby likes to do what big brother is doing, so he helps too. I want to encourage this “helpfullness” by using positive reinforcement. Checking off chores and making a big deal about marking on a chart will be big for them. I plan to also give them small amounts of money for extra chores or jobs done particularly well. I am hoping to help them learn the value of money and about saving etc. by doing this. Thanks for offering the chart… they will love it. (I plan to laminate it, then we can use a dry erase marker and reuse for a long time)
AJ – 4
Alex – 1 1/2
hi,
i have a hard time with getting the kids to clean up, I usually entice them with a game we can all play together afterwards–ones that usually involve a lot of running–their favorite.
oops forgot to leave their names…Salwa(4) and Ibraheem (3)
I am willing to try anything to stop the arguments.
Adhd, hope to help her stay focus
All 3 of my kids are very different. My youngest is 2, Cristina will do as she is told without hesitation. She will even do want her older brother and sister refuse to do (if she is strong enough). My middle child is 4, I can tell Celina is following behind her older brother but not quite as defiant. It usually takes a tougher tone or ego stroking to get her to do something. She is my DIVA. Then my oldest is my son, Caleb. He is 10. He is constantly testing me. I always hear “Why….???” So irritating. I started giving him a small allowance just so I could start deducting from it whenever he questioned my requests.
My son Damian, needs constant supervision to do any chores, which is really tiring, I think the chore chart will help him. I get him to do his chores by encouraging him, with lots of praise for every little thing he does.
My 5 year-old helps slice vegetables such as carrots and mushrooms. She also helps set the table for meals and helps watch her younger sister, Marie 3, and brother, Andie 2. ALL of them are made to pick up their toys in their room and help keep the beds in good order. Maybe I can get them to do more if I have your chore chart
Also, are you open to the idea of my sharing your chart at my site? I will of course credit it to you. Just let me know if this is possible

For the most part my 2 girls will do what i ask but want them to become more self governed. I don’t do rewards, but I try to remind them often that this is their home & we are all part of a team. Thanks for this offer, Randi
Cassie age 12
Josie age 10
I would love for you to print me a chore chart for my 3 oldest children which are Olivia (8), Lakyn (7) & Benjamin (4) I do not use a chart right now but think it will help in the long run.
Thanks
Angie Painter (Harpers Ferry, WV)
My two girls Geanne and Shari love to help with certain chores. They are most interested in the ones with water like watering the plants, washing the dishes and washing their socks. However, getting them to clean up their room is a challenge. I hope the chore chart will help to motivate them. Geanne is 6 and Shari is 3yrs.
Thanks for doing this! My children’s names are Gracie and Matthew.

My soon to be 13 year old son, Daniel, is sometimes easily distracted and then runs out of time. I created a Control Journal for him, but he seldom uses it. I thought this chart might be a quick reminder I can post for fun somewhere for him. One thing that I have found that works for piano practice is a time. He turns on the timer when he starts practicing and turns it off when he is done. He does this all day. At the end of the day, if his chores and school work are done, he can play his Playstation 2 for half the total time he practiced the piano for that day. He can’t carried time over to the next day. Sometimes my husband lets him play even if all of his chores are not done and so it has not been an effective tool for chores.
I would love to get the chore chart. I have a 10 yr old step daughter, Krystin and a 6 yr old son, Michael, Jr. My step daughter won’t do anything unless it is posted on the refrigerator and well my son won’t do anything unless I ask him 3 or 4 times. I would love to have a cute chore chart and then maybe they will take pride in their work and want to do it. Thank you so much for offering this.
My boys’ names are: Jesse (4) and Axel (6). I also have a new girl (Elizabeth), but she is only 6 weeks old
. For Axel, I bought a chart from a teacher’s supply store that teachers use to keep track of homework or attendence. I listed the chores he was responsible for at the top and the days of the week on the side. When he completed the chore, he got a sticker. That sticker represented $$. I explained that he would get his pay check after 4 weeks of work. That kept him motivated. He didn’t do his chores on his own. I reminded him and then he would complete them on his own. Jesse, on the other hand is not interested and it’s like pulling teeth!
I woul love one well actually three chore charts. This may make chores so much easier. The names I need would be MaKayla, Alexis, and Rhonwyn. Thank you so much in advance.
My grandsons are Nicholas 7, Nathen 3, Dillon 8 and Keegan 3, granddaughter Holly 4 and Hanna 8. Please make one for all the names. It would help to get the kids started on chores appropriate for their ages.
Wonderful idea.
Kitty
Hi,
I have struggled a long time to keep with any system for jobs/chores. I have three boys, and my oldest has aspergers. He loves structure and I’m not good at it. I tend to give verbal assignments that don’t work too well (nagging ensues after they “forget”). Thanks in advance for offering this to us!
My boys:
Andrew (11)
Joey (9)
Timmy (7)

Hi
I have 2 children Cassandra age 15 Patrick age 10
Right now I am using money as a motovating facter in chores.
Cassandra is going through the typical teen convenient hearing & performance but can be helpful to her Mom. Patrick needs constant reminding of what to do but likes to help.
Mike
I have tried many things with my eight children over the years but the one that seems to work best is the point system. Each chore is worth so many points. And then there is a list of things that you can buy with your points, these include tv time, computer time, mommy time, you make up your own list. The children have a list they are responsible and then their are extra chores that they can choose to do to earn more points. Thanks for offering this.
My children are:
Josie(4)
Lucky (10)
Kara (12)
William (14)
One for Angel please! Many thanks!
Thanks for doing this, you’re the bomb as they say!
How about one for Zachary or Zach
Thanks again
I went to a Financial Peace University class and learned about calling the money you give for chores commission instead of allowance. Because children need to learn that receiving money most of the time requires work. We are going to begin a new allowance system because money is a huge motivator in our home. Could I have personalized chore charts for Julianna who is 9, Savanna 5, Zack 4 and Hailey who is 2. Thanks
Blessings
Dorinda Kozloff
My older daughter will only do things when I nag, nag, nag. The little one is a little better but I think a list will get their attention.

Thanks!!

I’d like my four children: Jeremy, Jared, Justin & Hayley to be able to independently do their chores. I am hoping the chore chart will help them without me nagging. We have assigned rooms to clean, but I still end up reminding them. I am hoping a chore chart will help. I am planning on printing them on cardstock and laminating them and using it over and over as it is so colorful and will probably take up quite a bit of ink!
My boys are Justina dn Kaden. We have chores that they do as part of our household in other words chores they do not get paid for. We all work together as a family do keep our home nice. I have additional chores that they get paid for. Anything that are things I do fold laundry, vacuum, yard work etc and they help they get paid for.

The thing that works well for me is doing a chore along with my kids the first few times they do a certain chore, e.g. cleaning out the bathtub, etc. This way I show them how to do it and they see what my standards are.
Thank you so much for the chore charts–this will help me be more organized!

I like thos system! I don’t pay kids for chores as I personally believe, as a family, we need to work together. But I do like offering incentives etc.!
May I have names

Thank you!!
I have 2 kids, Kaylee and Blake. One thing that has helped me is that I say that whatever is left on the floor goes in the garbage. So things get put away right away…really fast!
I have had a chart o nce when my own childern were small. It really help them a lot. but as they got older they didnot seem to care about the chart or the rewards lol.But I love to have one for my daycare childern and grandaughter(for when she is old enough.

Thank you so much for doing these for all of us you are a wonderful person
I’ve let the kids help from the beginning, even if they get in the way, make a mess, do it “wrong”, what have you. That is the hardest part for me. I make it clear that we all have things to contribute to the running of the household. So far they still love to do chores, as long as there are lists to help them remember how to do them (photos and instructions are posted behind cupboard doors and medicine cabinets to help).
The 4 of them, ages 2-10, always are eager to help!

I am a firm believer in chores to teach responsibility. My children don’t always enjoy it but they like the fact that they get a pay day every Friday if they do what their chores are. If they don’t do their chores they lose money from their weekly allowance..
Thanks for the chore charts…..
Would love copies of your chore charts, saw the poat a couple of days ago, but wasn’t able to reply then.

Adrian would highly benefit from a good chore chart. Please consider him.

Could I please get a chore chart for
“Alex” and one for “Allayna” ?
Alex(4)empties the house garbage cans into a bag for the outside trash. He also picks up the shoes that seem to gather by the door and puts them in the shoe closet. He also “trys” to keep his room picked up.
Allayna (6)clears the table after dinner and helps fill and empty the dishwasher. She also is pretty good at keeping her room fairly neat.
Thank you! Dawn

I would love to have a personalized chart. I have Nathan who is my 1 year old boy and Chris who is almost 3 yr olds (Oct 15th). I don’t have any chores set for him b/c I dont know whats age appropriate. He LOVES to help but I have to go behind him and redo things like dusting or sweeping. The only thing he does effectively alone is throwing things away. Thanks in advance!
I have 6 children, 16 yr old female, 11 yr old male, 10 yr old female, 7 yr old male, 4 yr old male, 3 yr old male…. would appreciate these chore charts for them …. thank you
Hello,
Can I get Chore Charts for Samantha, Anthony and Daniel? Samantha is 14 (much younger emotionally and mentally), Anthony is 5 and Daniel is 3. Anthony and Daniel were raised to do chores since about 18 months old (dusting), but Samantha has only been with us for 2 years so she needs alot of reminders and instructions since she never learned responsibility.
Thanks and God Bless,
Debra
My four-year-old daughter, Rylie, has helpful moments but I often remind her of her Obey and Sharing books and she loves to read so a promise of book-time or a special treat will usually prompt her to help with chores. My two-year-old son, Tucker, is usually quite helpful without any prodding!
Will you please add these names? Kacey and Brittany
Thank you so much! The charts are precious.
Daniel’s is already done. WIll gladly add the other 2

Chloe who is 4 gets a sticker when she cleans her room and 2 if she does it without us having to tell her. Owen is 2 and he gets a sticker if he sits at the table until he finishes his meal. (I know it seems wierd, but we can’t get him to sit for a whole meal unless he gets a sticker)
I try to have my kids help with the same chores each day so they know what their responsibilities are. We talk about how a family needs to work together like a team so things get done.
My kids are:
Alex (11)
Chase (9)
Victory Joy (5)
Levi (4)
Shiloh (2)
Jericho (8mo)
Obviously Jericho isn’t doing much in the way of chores yet, but as soon as she starts walking we’ll start having her help pick up toys.

My Abbie Jo is just 4 so I can’t say that I have any tips for getting her to do chores. I recently told her “no more new toys until you clean your toy room”…… TOTALLY is NOT working… now we go to the store and she says “can I have that (pointing at something Barbie) when I clean my toy room”.
It’s not getting the toy room clean…but it’s saving me MONEY!

Hi. I have a tough time getting my two sons…Chance age 11 and Gage age 3 to do thier chores without a list. Chance empties the dishwasher and little trash cans everyday. While Gage is to pick up toys and help “dust”. I would love it if you could include their names. Thanks. Deanna
I am a homeschool mom as well. My children are: Christopher, Journey, London and Brandon. They are required to do their chores in the mornings and in the evenings. They are given a quarter for doing things that are not their assigned tasks. This monetary incentive gives them more pep in their step and and the tasks are done with more gracious hearts. They are not monetarily rewarded for doing assigned chores.
Christopher is responsible for dumping the trash and washing the dinner dishes, he helps me in the yard as well.
Journey is responsible for the breakfast dishes.
London and Brandon (twins) are responsible for the lunch dishes.
Each of them are responsible for picking up after themselves, making their beds, and cleaning their spot at the table after eating.
Thank you for your gracious offer. God bless.
Hi! I have 4 yr old triplets. They are Will, Nick, and Brock. Right now, they are really motivated by being able to put a sticker next to completed tasks. I was originally thinking that I would put a tangible reward with it, but so far it hasn’t been necessary! As long as they have a chart, they are eager to help. Without it, however, I seem to be speaking a foreign language. Thank you so much!!!
I would LOVE a chore chart or two or three!!

My daughters do not currently have specific chores to do everyday, for now they just tidy up their room and make their bed. I think the chore chart would be a great way to give them some more responsibility and for them to be proud of how they help out around the house. They are Riley (which you already have in the list
and Lacey. Thanks so much!

I have three children. 5 year old son, 2 year old daughter & 11 month old son. My 5 year old son loves to help me around the house especially in the kitchen. I really don’t have to say much as he is always asking to help me cook and clean. My 2 year old daughter is a different story. I need to be on her constantly… I have been looking for a chore chart because I know that they will enjoy marking off what they did for the day..

Hi, I like this idea! I have three daughters, Alexandra, Caroline, and Cassandra. They don’t really have a reward persay. I tell them that I do a lot for them, and ask them if they wouldn’t mind helping me out so I can have some time to relax with them as well.
Thanks a bunch!
Hi My granddaughter Abbey (age 5) has been doing a super job keeping her room clean. She has a job chart ( but she would love a personalized,
Mary Stelle
These chore charts are so nice! My son does some chore but needs to be reminded often. I think this will be a great help! His name is Max.
Thanks so much!
I love the idea of personalized chore charts. My 7 yr old (Alexis) does a pretty good job of helping out. My 3 yr old (Abygael), we need to constantly remind her to pick things up.
Thanks
What a cute chart! What works best for us is to just be firm but nice and to give them small chores at a time. I’ll go to each child and say “Please make your beds now” and then go back and remind them if they dawdle. Later I’ll ask one to sweep the stairs and one to pick the blocks up or whatever, so it’s never a huge chunk of work. It also helps to find the chores they like and put them in charge of those. My 9 y/o loves to use cleaning wipes to clean mirrors, windows, computer screens and such and to dust, so I “let” her.
Some kids love to use the dust buster or whatever. My kids’ names are Victoria, Anna, Jack and Alex. Thanks!
~Alicia
I’m not so hot at “getting” my kids to do their chores. We have days when each child is responsible for certain chores and we also have no tv and computer if school/chores aren’t done. Sometimes it works and sometimes the kids just sit in their rooms. Thank you! My kids at home are Caroline 10, William 7 and Zachariah 5.
My daughter is motivated by speed. For example “can you put these towels in the bathroom closet by the time I count to 20″ and zoom she is at it. Some times the results are a little messy but she is helping! She is 4 and does a fantastic job. Her name is Saylah

It’s never too early to start teaching children to take responsibility in a family! My son, Brady will like having his own chart as well.
Thanks!
Belinda,
What a wonderful thing to do. My daughter Caris (a deriv. of Charis) would really like to have anything personalized with her name…. even a chore chart. We never find anything personalized with her name since it is unusual. With my kids there are certain chores they must do because we are all part of a family and we must work together. Bigger, harder chores (like cleaning out garage or basement) will usually come with a reward for a job well done. It might be money or a chance to choose the family night activity. Thank you.
Thanks so much for the names. I really appreciate all the time and trouble you are going through for us! If possible, can I please have the name Robby? (You have it with ie, but not y.) Thanks again!
Hello! My children are: Mary Grace (7) & Bobby (6) & they help with cleaning their room, sweeping, & dusting. You are so creative & I am sure this would be encouraging to them! They will do what is asked of them, but I would love for them to do it on their own!!!
Thanks!
Christy
My daughters Paige (6) and Nichole (4), like to do their chores together. If one finishes before the other she just comes alongside her sister and gives a helping hand. They both LOVE to put stickers on their chore charts!

I AM DISABLE. MY DAUGHTER LOVES TO HELPOUT AROUND THE HOUSE. WE PAY HER TO DO CHORES, BUT THE ONLY WAY SHE WILL DO THEM, IS IF I OR MY HUSBAND, STAY RIGHT THERE IN THE ROOM WITH HER. SHE HAS A WEEKLY SCHEDULE OF ONE CHORE PER DAY (EXCEPT SUNDAY) AND IF IT IS NOT DONE CORRECTLY BY THE SCHEDULED DAY, WE DEDUCT MONEY FROM HER PAY ON PAYDAY(SATURDAY). IF ALL THE CHORES ARE NOT DONE BY PAYDAY, SHE ALSO LOSES PRIVILIDGES LIKE SATALITE TV, SLEEPOVERS, COMPUTER, AND SHOPPING AND VIDEO GAMES. SOMETIME, SHE DOES EXTRA CHORES THAT ARE NOT ON THE CHART, AND SHE GETS EXTRA BONUS MONEY OR REWARDS LIKE CHEERELEADING CAMP.

I have two children Holly 10 and Kristen 2.5. I wanted to try this chort chart for my 10 year old that has adhd. It is very hard to keep her on tasks. My 2.5 year old is just the oppisite, i don’t give her chores but she always tries to pick up her toys when she is done with them. Thanks
Samantha
Hello! We are trying the chore charts with our two children. I saw Timothy but didn’t see Nathanael. This is very neat! Thanks so much!
My sons names are Kristofer(15) and Dylan (8)
I have tried pretty much everything. I am back to square one. $10.00 a week for allowance and the terms are if they don’t do their chores a certain amount gets deducted, havent determined how much yet. I need a chore chart for both but the one for the 15 yr old cant be a (kid-one).Any suggestions to get the 15 year old to do chores would be helpful.
Thanks a bunch,
Debra Lightfoot
Hi! We usually use music to work by and then do a fun activity after wards. I need to do something to help them work more independently.
Their names are: Elie-6, Aiden-5, Asa-3, Ethan 18-mos.
I have had several chore charts usually going at the same time for different areas. We take the Bible scripture that says if you don’t work you should not eat as training grounds to encourage workand contributing to the family. Of course my 5 yr old does only a few chores and my 17 yr old does several more. We also offer opportunities to earn money. Like today I am offering $10. per child for picking a basket of apples from our trees.I also offer $ for odd jobs.We have had much success working together as a team deep cleaning a room.
I am trying to pull all my charts together into one for ease of use and was just making one when I saw your post.
Here are their names:
David
Brianna
Navarre
Nathaniel
Bethany
Matthew
I have 2 daughters, and 2 step kids. We get our step kids every other weekend. But, we have come up with a points thing for them. My girls, Arianna and Jessica are required to get a few more points than my step-kids, Audrey and Jimmy. But they have been told that every once in a while points will get added up and if they get so many points then they get to choose on money or a toy. And the main thing that works is we have told the children that at summer time when school is out, if they got enough points thru out the year they get to go to the water park. They all LOVE that! It seems to work good.
my kids get a treat on friday if they have done their chores all week.

Hi.
Thanks for such creative and helpfull work.. I have 6 year old twins wich love each other but also fight alot, one minute they want to help and fight to see who does what first, next minute neither of them wants to help in anythig. Im sure a chart will help.
thanks, their names are
Rianna and Jonah
Thank you so much for dong this. My dd’s name is Catherine.
Great charts! Can you please add Rachel and Rebecca? Thanks!
It is a constant battle in this house to even get the kids to do the smallest thing to contribute around the house. I try the clean sweep where I set a timer for 5 minutes and I take a room, my son Nathan whos 9 takes a room and Sarah,5 and Wyatt 4 work a room together. This seems to work better and I dont have to nag as much if they see me working with them. I love the charts and cant wait to get ones for the kids! Thanks, Erica
Nathan
Sarah
Wyatt
My crew would love to have charts with their names on them! We don’t get much personalized because we have unique names. Maybe this will help to tame the clutter! Thank you The boys are Drake,16, Jayce,13, and Reagan,11. The youngest is a girl,Elliana,6. Tricia
Hi! I would love chore charts with my girls’ names! Is this where I comment? My girls’ names are:
Zoe
Kayleigh
Christa
We do training like some would train a dog. Some like that, some don’t, LOL! I do this some of the time. I do positive reinforcement immediately, or within a few hours because of the young ages of my children. I buy things such as chocolate covered raisins, or have cash handy for training times. I go over basic obedience things with them, such as giving them a command of “Go put shoes in the crate please” and then expect them to follow through. During the ‘training session’ I give them a treat some of the times they do exactly as told. The idea is that they carry that over to anything mommy asks them to do. Chores included
and then I can motivate them for a new chore with the promise of a treat. I know this doesn’t work for everyone, but we like it
Thanks for doing this!
.-= Kara´s last blog ..A little schooling…. =-.
Jemma, Gannon and Lilli are the names I need.
I am their grandmother and when they come visit (daily) I feel like their mother and hate fussing as much as I have to to clean up after themselves. I use a chart to put stickers/checks on for rewards like sitting on my lap during a movie, getting to choose which riding toy to ride one first, even who brushes their teeth first when they are all here (there are others and their names are already posted so toothbrushing is a hassle at times).
Hi, I have two 7 year olds, Audrey and Ethan and a 3 year old, Phoebe. We motivate the 7 year olds to do chores by offering extra reading time at night before bed. My son would rather mop the floors than clean his room. The 3 year old loves to dust with a feather duster. Thank you for all your hard work.
Hi there, we really need some official chore charts and these look fantastic, we have 6 children and sometimes keeping track of what and who is doing what is a mission so these would really help.
Thier names are:
Tyler
Amelia
Braydie
Tobi
Izayah
Sienna
Hi, and Thank you for your generosity! I do use a chore chart for our 4 children, however it’s in spreadsheet format. I think if we had individual & personalized charts it would be more effective and easier for the children to read. I see you already have a chart for Brianna (7). I still need Garrett (8), Wyatt (5) & Elliott (2) with 2 “T”s. Thank you again for the free charts!
Lee
My daughter’s name is Quinn and my son’s name is Emmett. To help the kids put their own laundry away, I separate it into their own baskets, and pile the clothes according to which drawer they go in. Also, from the dishwasher they put away the silverware (except for knives) and all non breakable dishes that go into lower shelves. They LOVE seeing their names in print, so these would be good encouragement to keep up the good work! Thanks!
I would like a chore chart with the name Avery
Avery get’s stickers when he completes chores.
Thank You

I have 3 daughters, Connie (17), Dana (13) and Ally (11). Like most posters my girls will only do chores when is convenient for them. I started paying my middle one to do the wash and already she’s balking at it. There is always a competition as to who did it last and “why do I have to do it???!!!” kind of a whine.
So I am hoping these chore charts might do the trick, if not, any magic words outthere???
My grandaughter Jaylin is 2 and helps pick up by getting “monies” (any spare change we have) to put in her piggy bank.
Please make a chore chart for Jaylin
This is really cute. My daughter Sidney would love a personalized chart. We often see Sydney with a y but rarely with an i. She will be 4 in two months and for the last year we have had a chore jar which she picks a chore from and randomly helps out. I think we are now ready to try more ocnsistant chores. Thanks for doing all this great work!
Samual Philip (Sam)
Benedict Francis (Benny)
Benny loves ice cream and praise, if he completes his chores and works hard in school, he will get ice cream after supper.
Sam is a bit older and enjoys changing his john boat around. He is given extra chores if his are not done with a good attitude.
My children are Brett, Cole and Dean.
I love to use chore charts so that my children can track their weekly “jobs”. Since they earn $ for different jobs, they like to add up what their paycheck will be at the end of the week
Hi there, my daughter Asia, age 5, still likes helping mommy out around the house. She has a few set chores, but she will do pretty much anything you ask of her. I know this will change with age, so now is a good time to start a chart, and possible allowance. Thank you for offering this to our family and others.
Hi! I love these chore charts. To help my kids do their chores, the use a timer. I’ll set it for 15 minutes and they race to finish before the timer goes off. They really like check lists, I’ve just never had a chart that I really liked before…these, however, are PERFECT! I think I’ll laminate them and use dry erase markers so they can be reused over and over again.
I have three daughters and their names are
Tiffany, Heather and Christina.
Thanks a bunch!!
HI Belinda,
My son, Ethan is 3 and a half and doesn’t really have chores per say, but he has to pick up his toys when he is done playing with them. A chore chart might just be what we need for a bit of motivation. And his little brother, Luke is still too young.
I have six children. I see all but two of the names on your list. Is it to late to have thier names added? They are Bridget and Emma.
Thank you very much
Are you still adding names.
I didn’t see my other post from last week.

Hi, I just printed out Lindsay’s and realized you spelt it Linday. Is there any way I can fix it? I hate to bother you. They are extremely cute!
thanks
Beth
Thanks for letting me know I will fix that!
nope not at all:) Adding them
Hi Belinda,
The chart is wonderful. Thanks for sharing it with us. I’m hoping that it will motivate my girls, Abby, who is 3 years old and Rebecca, who is 6 years old to help out around the house. You do have a chart for Rebecca. However, Abbey in what you’ve already made. If possible, could you make one spelled as Abby or Rachael if you don’t want to make another spelling of the same name.
Thanks,
Glinda
Thanks so much for adding “Robby”. We got another new girl this week. I hate to ask this, but could you please add “Reece”? I really appreciate it!
I would love one for my son, Adam. You already have my other 2 children’s names done. Thanks so much!! They are super cute!
Hi Belinda
We are rather late AGAIN but if the offer still stands we are needing chore charts with the following two girls names: LEAH and LUCY
Thanks
Anne
I am implementing chore charts again in our house. It has been a number of years since we have had to use them.
These are just what I was looking for! Thank you!!
If you are adding more names, could you add Marina?
Thanks!!
I would lve a chore chart for my kiddos, Irene, Abbie & Matthew. We try to make a core schedule of things that need to be done and then rotate the kids jobs so that they get a little experience with everything!
Hi,
Chore charts work well for me. Changing the images on them seems to rev the kids up again. They are young now, so I’m sure I’ll have to get more creative later.

Thank you so much!!
Chores are a difficult thing for my son who has some special needs. His dad and I broke each chore up into single steps and instead of saying “Clean your room” we say “Make your bed” and when he is done with that we give him another step.
My children are : Wyatt
August
I would love a chore chart for my daughter Evie and my son Eden. Thank you so much!
I have a beautiful 11 year old daughter that has a VERY difficult time getting her chores done. We give her an allowance and have never based it on chores but have had to recently. When I have to remind her to do one she gets a hash mark. If I end up doing the job for her she gets 5 hash marks. Each one is worth a certain amount which is deducted from her total. I am hoping that a small chart might help her remember better. I also have a 3 year old that I want to train up right and now is the time to start him.

Hi,
My two older daughters do really well with visual reminders. My husband and I are introducing a commission payment for chores. We got the idea from Dave Ramsey. We are really excited and think these fun charts will get them motivated when they start receiving commission from what they get do.
Thanks,
Debbie
My daughters are Emerson & Bentley
Thanks,
Debbie
I love Dave Ramsey. I would love to know more about the commission thing!
As a grandmother, I would love to have a chore chart for my grandson Trent. Although he is only three, it would be a positive reinforcement for him to be able to check off the chart for helping with picking up his toys before he leaves to go home.
Thank-you!
Marie
Child’s Name: Trent
Hi Belinda!
These chore charts are adorable! I just love them. I also have tried to do them on my own, but they just don’t turn out the way I want them to.
I think I saw one for my son Nicholas, but I could definitely use one for my 9 year old daughter Dakota (or Koty). It is so hard to find things that are girlie and personalized with her name, as most like to think it’s a boy’s name.
Thanks so much if you could add hers to your list.

We like to use charts for homeschool work completed. I write 5 items across the top. Once all 5 are completed 5 times they get to go in the prize box. Usually they are 5 items the have trouble completing so as to encourage them. We may have a completely different list the following time. The childrens names are Zoey and Charity.
Thanks si much – it looks like a great chart. Could you do one for John please?
Thanks
These charts are great except my childrens names are not on here
